Gravlax on Crostini
Served with cream cheese, capers, red onions, and sweet dill
Italian Summer Torta
A blend of cheeses, basil pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, and pine nuts. Served with house crostini or bruschetta, or a selection of biscuits and crackers
Signature Bacon Jam
Homemade, slow-cooked bacon jam served with a variety of fresh bakes or toast. This is a new house-creation – so be sure to ask about availability!

Classic New England Lobster Boil – (market price)
The traditional lobster boil with all the fixings – done in kitchen, on site or beach-side
Creole Boil – (market price)
Borrowing an event from our New Orlean’s relatives – this is a great party event and can be served on newspaper. Lemon wedges and Cajun Seasonings compete this Mardi Gras favorite
“Treasure Island” Crab Cakes
Freshly breaded crabmeat, pan fried, and topped with a zesty citrus remoulade
Stuffed Lobster
Stuffed with seafood, breadcrumbs, and herbs then baked in a delicate cheese sauce
Classic Salmon Fillet
Grilled or poached with lemon butter and fresh dill
Grilled or Broiled Haddock
Tossed in breadcrumbs and salted in Mâitre d’Hôtel Butter
