Over the years Christina and Christine have mastered the art of “Home-Port” cooking – a style that blends the comforts of New England Farm Food together with the Best of International Flavors to help you create a menu people will love.

Below are the most requested menu items:

Swabby Bakes”  Breakfast Sandwiches

Farm fresh eggs, cheese (American, Swiss, Cheddar), and your choice of apple-smoked bacon, ham or sausage. Served on an English Muffin, white or whole wheat bread, or a bagel (Gluten-free available) 

2. “Swabby Wraps” – Breakfast Burrito

Farm fresh eggs, cheese (American, Swiss, Cheddar), and fennel sausage. Served on a fresh burrito wrap (Gluten-free wrap available) with additions of onion, peppers, avocado, homemade salsa

3. “The Midshipman” – Omelets

Farm fresh eggs, cheese (American, Swiss, Cheddar), and your choice of apple-smoked bacon, ham or sausage. Served on a fresh burrito with additions of onion, green pepper, tomato mushrooms, or spinach

4. “From the Farm” – Assorted Fresh Fruits

Maine blueberries, strawberries, assorted fresh and tropical fruits in season. Served with yogurt and assorted “sweet-bakes”

5. “Boatswain’s Locker” – Breakfast Sides

Home Fries – Made with hand-cut potatoes (onions and peppers optional)

Toast – white, wheat, or rye 

Bagels – Plain, Everything Bagel, Onion Bagel – (fill with veggies, chive, or cream cheese) 

Muffins – Blueberry, Cranberry, Bran, Nut, Banana, or Chocolate

Italian Sandwich

Deli Ham, Cheese, Tomato, Onion, Green Peppers, and Greek Olives on an artisan roll – with your choice of mayonnaise, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper

Classic Meat Sandwiches

Your choice of Ham, Turkey, or Roast Beef, American, Cheddar or Swiss cheese. (Specialty smoked or artisan cheeses – market price)

Classic Salad Sandwiches – Egg salad – Tuna salad – Chicken Salad 

All sandwiches are served on white, wheat, or rye bread with your choice of mayonnaise, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper (Specialty artisan rolls and breads – market price)

(Add: tomato, onion, green peppers, and Greek Olives for a summer-fresh combination) 

Farmer’s Garden Salads

Sweet Greens with Homemade Dressings and Croutons

“Seven Seas” Salad Assorted greens with tomato, pepper, onion and boiled egg tossed in a maple-dijon dressing. (add grilled salmon or chicken)

Cardini’s Hotel Caesar – Romaine lettuce with Kalamata olives, croutons, and shredded Parmesan Reggiano cheeses. (add traditional coddled egg and Worcestershire Sauce or grilled salmon or chicken)

Julie’s Cobb Salad – Seasonal greens with bacon, eggs, red onion, and blue cheese or Roquefort crumble. Bread sticks optional! 

Chef Salad – Mixed greens with cheeses, ham, turkey, roast beef, eggs, croutons 

Mediterranean Salad – with mozzarella cheeses, artichoke hearts, Italian Meats, assorted olives, tortellini, fresh herbs tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette

Maine Farm and Tropical Fruit Platter – Fresh seasonal fruit and mixed berries with a yogurt dipping sauce

Appetizers & Hor d’Ouvres

Charcuterie Board – Seasonal vegetables, fresh fruit, dried fruit, nuts, assorted cheeses, crackers, toasted crostini’s, signature hummus and home-made ranch dressing 

Antipasto Platter – Assorted cured meats with a a selection of hard and soft cheeses, olives & pickles, roasted red peppers, Basil & Dill, served with home-made crostini infused with garlic olive oil and cracked pepper

Asparagus Filo Bakes – Asparagus tips rolled in filo dough, butter, and baked until crispy and tender – served with a Tarragon remoulade

Stuffed Mushrooms – Cremini mushrooms stuffed with seafood and cream cheese – slowly cooked in sherry, butter, and garlic

Mainsails

A complete dinner per person, including local bakes & real dairy butter

Chicken Parmesan

Breaded chicken breast in a tomato marinara sauce over ziti pasta and topped with fresh mozzarella

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo 

Grilled free-range chicken and broccoli florets in a creamy cheese sauce served over fettuccine noodles

Chicken Cacciatore 

Tomato marinara with free-range chicken, Greek Kalamata Olives, green peppers and sweet onions served over pasta 

Baked Stuffed Haddock

Fresh breaded baked haddock in butter cracker crumbs, fresh lemon juice, and sharp cheddar cheeses. Served with roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus

Casco Bay Lobster Roll

Fresh Maine Lobster mixed with celery and mayonnaise served on a toasted buttery-roll. Served with fresh lemon, pickles and chips on the side 

The Commodore’s Cut” 

Beef Filet Mignon topped with Mâitre d’Hôtel Butter, baked potato, and steamed asparagus

Ribeye Steak

Fresh Beef Ribeye steak, served with Horseradish Aioli, baked potatoand steamed broccoli
