GRILL

Eric has been a grill chef in the Portland area since 1998. He believes that nothing invites the taste buds into anticipation of summer quite like the aroma of smoke from a hot grill. Of course, this includes charring meats and vegetables to perfection with liberal applications of butter and sauces and seasonings…

Appetizers and Hors d Oeuvres

Angus Beef Sliders

Served with any fixings – cheeses, ketchup, mustards, relishes – on a mini-bun or brioche roll

Pulled Pork Sliders

Tender pork marinated in a signature BBQ sauce and served on a mini-bun or brioche roll with optional pickles or homemade Cole slaw

Steak Skewer

Perfect pieces of steak. Perfectly skewered with your choice of mushrooms, onions, or peppers. Grilled to perfection. Yum!

Shrimp and Grilled Vegetable Skewer

A skewer of shrimp and selected vegetables – basted with a choice of asian, Indian, or marinara sauces

Hot Courses from the Grill 

“Old Fashioned” Angus Burger

With American, Swiss, Provolone, Munster, or Vermont Sharp Cheddar, served on a Kaiser roll with Cajun Remoulade, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles or our signature bacon jam

North American Hot Dog (red or brown)

With ketchup, mustard, (onion, sauerkraut and/or American Cheese)

Greek Chicken Gyro

Grilled chicken with shredded lettuce, tomato, red onion wrapped in a warm pita and homemade Taziki sauce

Country Spare Ribs

Fall off-the-bone Select Pork Ribs slathered in Erik’s signature BBQ sauce and served by the rack, half or quarter rack

Pulled Pork Sliders

Boneless BBQ heaven (with Cole slaw, American Cheese, and/or onions)

Grilled Chicken

Free-range Smaha Square Chicken lathered in BBQ sauce and served with a Creole Remoulade (upon request)

Black Bean Burger – Vegetarian

Housed on a Kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato, and onion (Homemade salsa and/or Guacamole upon request)

James Herriot’s Hot Dog – Vegetarian

Loaded with flavor and served on a buttered hotdog bun with salsa verde or black bean salsa, shredded lettuce, and onions

A grilled variation on bananas foster with pineapples, brown sugar, Captain Morgan’s spiced rum and vanilla ice cream
